About Hypnosis and Visualization

Therapeutic hypnosis, and visualization employs this completely natural state of consciousness that we all experience every day to bring about lasting changes in your life. I use hypnotherapy and visualization as an aid to psychotherapy with most of my clients, because it allows people to explore and change painful thoughts and images, and to enable and empower my clients to do things differently.

It can gently release blocks and fears, and to create a new inner belief that will set the wheels into motion to make changes in the way you think, feel, and behave. You have the power to make your brain happy or sad, afraid or confident, healthy or unhealthy. We are constantly hypnotizing ourselves and visualizing outcomes, but often, we are our own worst enemy. When we criticize ourselves, hate ourselves, and put ourselves down, and then reinforce these fears and limitations, we do negative programming.
